"My brother use to work for them a long long time ago so we got quotes back then. Even though we live in Northern Indiana up my Notre Dame we stayed with Joe as our agent in Peru even after my brother no longer worked there because him and his team were great. They always give us sound advice and are quick to help. When we got in a small accident they were prompt at helping us file a claim and find us a repair shop that would help. When I needed a document for a loan we were applying for I was able to just email him and he got it to me right away. Friendly, prompt, and eager to help! It would take us a lot to switch even though I work at a bank that offers insurance."
